The date will be announced separately. Priority list members get prices first, ahead of the public sales launch.
What residences will the tower have?
From studios to four-bedroom residences, finished with bespoke joinery, stone surfaces and designer fixtures.
Who is building the tower?
The developers are Archi and Invia; the architect is Gensler. The Trump name is used under licence.
How tall is it and where?
62 floors and 280 metres, by the Central Park of Tbilisi in Saburtalo.
Can a foreigner buy a residence?
Yes. Foreigners buy homes in Georgia on the same terms as citizens.
Can I buy remotely?
Yes. The agreement is signed under a notarised power of attorney, with payment by bank transfer.
Does buying give residency?
Buying alone does not grant residency. An owner of property with an assessed market value over $150,000 may apply for a short-term residence permit; an investment residence permit starts at $300,000 and has its own conditions. We will explain at a consultation.
How is the name spelled?
Trump Tower Tbilisi. It is also written as Tbilisi Trump Tower or Trump Tower Georgia. The tower stands in Tbilisi, Georgia, by Central Park in Saburtalo.
